2. Brief introduction of the company
LILAMA5 Joint stock Company, Whose predecessor was LILAMA5 Joint stock Company, Whose predecessor was Thanh Hoa Machinery Erection site, was founded in 1976 to install the equipment of polish Brick factory and Bim Son cement plant. In 1978 it was renamed machinery erection Enterprise N o 5 .In 1979 it merged with Ha Nam Ninh Machinery Erection enterprise N o 4 and was renamed machinery erection union N o 4 and was renamed machinery erection union No45 taking part in erection of Bim son cement plant after completion of Bim Son cement plant, our fitters moved to Dong Nai Province to take part in erection of Tri An hydroelectricity station, Ha Tien cement and Sao Mai cement plant …. In 1978 , having fulfilled their tack , the machinery erection Unions N o 45 workers returned to Bim Son and in 1993 , The Machinery Erection union n o 45 Was re- established into Machinery erection enterprise N o 5 under the decision No 002 A / B x D - TCLD dated 27/01/1993 of Ministry of Construction . On 01/12/1995 it was renamed Erection Construction Company 5. In the early 2006, our company was renamed LILAMA5 Joint stock company under the decision N 0 667/ QDD – BXD of MOC and has officially Worked/ in a model of a Joint stock company since July 2006.
Being a member of Vietnam machinery erection corporation (LILAMA5) of ministry of Construction, having independent business accounting and specializing in fabrication and erection of process equipment of industrial projects, for more than 30 years of establishment and develop mend , out company has been taking part in construction and erection of important plants such as Bim Son cement , , Sao Mai Cement , But Son cement , Nghi Son cement , Hoang Mai cement , Tam Diep cement , Song Gianh cement , Hai Phong Cement , plants … with capacity of from 1.2 to 2,4 million tons / year ; sugar factories having a capacity of 4000 – 6000 tons sugar cane / day such as Quy Hop ; Lam son , Vietnam – Taiwan sugar factions of Tri An , Hoa Binh thermo power stations of Ninh Binh and Pha lai ; 500 KV compensation station in ha Tinh , national Conference center building ete …. And power station from 110 KV to 500 KV.
At Present, out company is taking part in construction of Thang Long cement plant with a capacity of 2.2 million tons/ year, Uong Bi thermo power station, Vung Ang thermo –power station with a capacity of 1200MV, Dung Quat Refinery plant, New Bim Son cement plant with a capacity of 2 million ton /year.
The company has mobilized a team of highlife qualifies engineers and workers provided with modern special construction equipment and tools. With a staff of 1500 people working in projects nationwide, every year our companies always overfulfil its production and business plan:

Realising a multi – line activity in production and business to guarantee stable incomes, in 2005 the company invested in construction of LILAMA welding rods manufacturing factory with German technology in HaTinh city – Ha Tinh province, which has of 120 billion VND. The products of LILAMA welding rods will appear in the market in September 2008, contributing to supply of high quality welding rods for domestic and foreign markets
